Chasing an order
Have your order reference to hand — it is the long code on your confirmation and on the page you saw after paying. With it we can tell you exactly where your set is. See also the shipping page.
Something wrong with your order
Sets cannot be returned or exchanged for fit, but if yours is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, message us with a photograph and we will put it right. The returns and faults page explains what is covered.
Not sure of your size
Send your bust and hip measurements and we will tell you which size we would cut. The size guide has the ranges, and between two sizes we generally suggest the smaller — the ties do the rest.
