Terms of sale

The deal,
in plain words.

Last updated 28 August 2026

These terms cover buying from this site. Nothing here removes any right the Código de Defesa do Consumidor gives you — where the two ever disagree, the law wins.

Who you are buying from

Selina Britwum Agyepong, CNPJ 60.641.240/0001-05, Curitiba, Paraná, Brasil. Contact details are on the contact page.

Made to order

Nothing on this site is held in stock. Placing an order is an instruction to cut and sew that set in your size. This is why production takes a few days, and why nothing sells out.

Prices

All prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is a flat R$ 25,00, not included in the product price and added at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Where an instalment figure is shown, it is a rounded illustration of what your card issuer may offer. The exact instalment amounts are set by them, not by us.

Prices can change, but never for an order already placed and paid.

When the order becomes a contract

Choosing a size and paying is your offer to buy. The sale is concluded when we confirm the order and payment clears. If something goes wrong at our end — a payment that does not clear, an obvious pricing error, or a style we genuinely cannot make — we may decline the order and refund you in full. We will always tell you why.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe on their own secure pages. Which methods are available is shown at checkout. We never see or hold your card details.

Production and delivery

Delivery is usually around five days from payment confirmation. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees: the shipping page sets out the detail, including what happens if a parcel is delayed or an address is wrong. We ship within Brazil only.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancelling, returns and faults

Swimwear is an intimate garment and every set is cut to order, so a set cannot be returned or exchanged because of fit, colour or a change of mind. Please use the size guide, and ask us before ordering if you are unsure — we would rather help you choose than sell you the wrong size.

This does not affect our responsibility for the garment itself. If a set is defective, damaged in transit or not the item you ordered, we repair, replace or refund it, as Brazilian consumer law requires. The full detail is on the returns and faults page, which forms part of these terms.

If you want to cancel before your set has been cut, tell us as soon as you can and we will stop and refund you in full.

Sizing and colour

Measurements and the size guide are given in good faith to help you choose, and because a set cannot be exchanged for fit, we will gladly check your measurements with you before you order. Garments are made by hand, so small variations occur. Screens render colour differently, so what you see may differ slightly from the fabric in daylight. Neither is a defect — but if what arrives is genuinely not what was described, that is covered under returns.

Care

Swimwear is not indestructible. Rinse in cold water after every wear, dry flat and out of direct sun, and keep it away from softener and the machine. Damage caused by not doing these things is not a manufacturing fault. The fabric and care notes have the full list.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, monogram and text on this site belong to Selina Britwum Agyepong and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Our responsibility

We stand behind what we make. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including our obligations to you as a consumer under Brazilian law.

Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the Código de Defesa do Consumidor applies to your purchase.
