What we
keep.

A small shop needs very little about you, and this one collects accordingly: what is needed to make your set, send it, and answer you afterwards. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

Payment details
We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages. They pass back only what we need to fulfil the order — that a payment succeeded, the amount, and your contact and delivery details. Stripe processes this data under their own privacy policy as an independent controller of the payment itself.
Who else touches your data
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — hosting for this site and the database holding order records.
- The carrier — your name and address, so the parcel can be delivered.
- Google Fonts — this site loads two typefaces from Google's servers, which means your browser's IP address reaches Google when a page loads. No account or cookie is involved.
Some of these operate outside Brazil, so your data may be processed abroad. We use them because they are the established providers for these jobs, and because they commit contractually to protecting the data they handle.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, no tracking of what you look at. Your bag is held in the page's memory while you browse and is gone when you close the tab. Stripe may set cookies necessary for security and fraud prevention on their own checkout pages.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires us to keep sales records, and so that we can honour returns and warranty claims. Mailing-list addresses are kept until you ask to come off the list.
Your rights under the LGPD
Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados gives you rights over your personal data. You may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold data about you, and get a copy of it;
- correct anything incomplete or wrong;
- delete data we are holding on the basis of your consent;
- tell you who we have shared your data with;
- withdraw consent — for the mailing list, at any time.
Ask, and we will answer. There is no charge. Note that we cannot delete records we are legally required to retain, such as completed sales, until that period has passed.
Leaving the mailing list
Message us and you are off it. We will confirm when it is done.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment credentials never reach our systems. Access to order records is limited to Selina. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
