Every set is made after you order it, so there are two stages to the wait: the making, and the shipping. Both are set out below, along with what shipping costs and when it is charged.

Shipping cost	A flat R$ 25,00 on every order, anywhere in Brazil. It is added at checkout and is not included in the price shown on a product.
Delivery time	Usually around five days from payment confirmation.
Where we ship	Brazil only, at present.
Tracking	Sent to your email once the parcel is dispatched.

When the clock starts

The countdown begins when your payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. From there it is usually around five days. For card payments the two are usually moments apart. For slower methods, such as boleto, confirmation can take one to three business days, and your set does not enter production until it clears.

Made to order

Nothing is held in stock. Once payment is confirmed, your set is cut and sewn by hand in our atelier and then dispatched. This is why we ask for a few days rather than shipping the same afternoon — and why nothing ever sells out.

Delays

Estimates are estimates. Carrier delays, strikes, weather and remote destinations can all add time, and public holidays are not counted as working days. If your order is running behind what is written here, contact us and we will tell you exactly where it is.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange a second dispatch. A further shipping charge may apply.

If it arrives damaged

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and contact us the same day. See the returns and faults page for what happens next.
